After over 20 years as an interior architect, I decided to devote myself to my passion: gastronomy and the art of receiving. Drawing on my past experiences within world-renowned institutions and winning the 2012 Internet Edition of MasterChef, my signature cooking style allows me to fusion French and Vietnamese cuisine. During this experience, I will show you where I find the inspiration for my recipes, teach you a number of culinary traditions, and most importantly, taste my favorite dishes. I propose an incomparable journey to discover the French and Vietnamese gastronomy, and the fusion of these two.
From 10:00 am to 12:30 pm
Parisian breakfast and market visit
Your gastronomic experience with an invitation to my home for a classic French breakfast: croissants, pains au chocolat, freshly baked bread and jam. We will then explore the Richard Lenoir market, one of the biggest markets in Paris with about 100 different vendors. I will show you how to select the best ingredients from the array of choices available and we will taste some of them on the way.
Finally, back to my place, we will have an aperitif accompanied by a selection of cheeses. A smooth start for our first day!
From 11:00 am to 1:30 pm
Cosmopolitan Paris in Chinatown
When it comes to Asian cuisine, I am your man! I will take you on a journey to the markets of Chinatown, a neighborhood practically unknown to tourists and a crossroads between Vietnamese, Cambodian and Laotian cultures in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.
Be pleasantly surprised by learning about certain products you may not know about and be guided through the basics of Asian cuisine through my favorite ingredients.
After our visit of the markets, we will have lunch together in my favorite Vietnamese restaurant (the meal is included in this experience).
From 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Paris-Vietnam fusion dinner at the Chef's
This evening, the MasterChef will cook exclusively for you. I invite you to my home to discover my culinary style following our previous experiences during the last two days.
I will start by preparing homemade cocktails and I will cook a full course meal using the fresh ingredients we selected together during our market visits.
Enjoy an exceptional meal and good company to mark the end of your immersive experience.
Cancellation

Please note that the credit card fee is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be advised in writing and are effective on the day they are received by our company during office hours: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 6PM (Paris time).
If you wish to cancel the reservation:
- At least 5 days before the scheduled time of the experience, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be reimbursed. (tickets excl.)
- Less than 5 days before the scheduled time of the experience, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
